Vice President, Finance - Highly Engineered Design/Manufacturing, Private Equity

Overview

Our client is a producer and manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products undertaking significant growth strategies under private equity ownership. We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to partner with the Chief Executive Officer to drive growth and take the business to the next level. You will execute an aggressive growth strategy, with both acquisitive and organic growth initiatives, and you will be deeply involved in building out a robust Finance and Accounting foundation while partnering on strategic and tactical initiatives to move the business forward in a dynamic market. This will be a “roll up your sleeves” environment, where you will be involved in the details as well as at the strategic level. Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to drive growth strategy and organizational development for a multi-location, globally active manufacturing business.
• Build out a robust Finance and Accounting foundation, including related systems and processes.
• Lead and manage investor and lender relationships.
• Execute on acquisition due diligence and integration as part of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Multi-location and global jurisdiction experience.
• Acquisition due diligence and integration experience.
• Experience in OEM and/or contract manufacturing with exposure to the medical device, aerospace and defense, technology and/or telecommunication sectors.
