Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and delivery of ITA products as the Senior Product Manager - Field (PM-F).
- Drive creation of procedures and best practices; align needs from multiple stakeholder teams.
- Apply experience with talent assessment technology, influence without authority across all levels, and work backwards from the Customer.
- Collaborate with Product, Program and Science partners across the Product Development lifecycle to deliver innovative products for candidates and own execution during the Transition phase.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert across ITA’s most impactful products and act as the conduit between ITA’s product development and end-users/customers.
- Create and maintain Voice of Customer (VOC) and Customer Success mechanisms to bridge technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring optimal cost, speed, and quality outcomes.
- Develop data-driven mechanisms to uncover opportunities to improve product health and the hiring funnels they support.
- Partner with science, technical and product teams to derive product requirements and research new talent assessment capabilities.
- Develop and execute change management communications and effective training for internal and external customers.
- Negotiate platform integration and use, provide technical support, and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
