Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for construction services.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive landscapes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to drive efficiency and performance.
- Create robust metrics and accountability mechanisms for supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

You will support data center capacity availability and safety, focusing on high-impact actions, with opportunities to work on projects locally and globally.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing analysis, including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, and financial analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, and operations.
- 5+ years of experience with construction services and material procurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interfacing with construction scopes through development and construction phases, coordinating with internal and external teams responsible for construction and commissioning/testing.
- Familiarity with engineering principles related to Data Center Construction and Sustainability.
- Familiarity with supply chain conceptsforecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization, logistics, and cost/financial analysis.
- Experience measuring operational metrics (e.g., order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy).
- Experience with best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting).
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
- Experience developing tools, reports, process maps, scorecards, and data visualizations to support decision making.
