Base pay range

$85,000.00/hr - $120,000.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Lead and develop site leaders and operations teams to consistently hit KPIs in safety, service, quality, and cost.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve EBITDA performance.
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, and frontline engagement through active leadership and hands-on floor presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and HR to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Lead facility expansion, consolidation, or transformation projects as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for operations.
  • Provide coaching, development, and mentoring of site leaders and employees.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with increasing responsibility in distribution, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  • Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, operational budgets, and cost efficiency programs.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and improving operational performance.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and inventory control.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relations and effectively influence diverse groups at all levels within the organization.
  • Partners with VPO and Human Resources in ensuring an adequate workforce, to include teaching applicable leadership and customer service skills.
