We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at our modern, state-of-the-art, Distribution Center in Jerome, Idaho. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our facility running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and preparing shipments, while also operating forklifts and other equipment to support daily operations. Success in this role requires more than technical skill: we're looking for someone who can take direction, learn quickly, and hold themselves accountable while contributing to a supportive, hard-working team. Key responsibilities include: Proficient at completing all necessary documents required for unloading and loading of trucks. Accurately receive purchase orders and complete required documentation. Accurately use the "put-a-way" process. Print orders and pick lists. Assist with inventory and cycle counts. Print, pick, and ship transfers. Accurately pick and prepare products for outgoing shipments to include LTL, small parcel, routes, and customer pick-ups. Accurately "ship confirm" and prepare all necessary documents required for outbound orders. Assist in keeping the facility clean and orderly, including sweeping and dusting. Operate all onsite forklifts that could include turret truck, order picker, deep reach, counterbalance, and pallet jack. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and skills: Required: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse and shipping experience. Experience with forklifts and RF scanners are a plus! Must possess a valid driver's license. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms. Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 56 lbs., occasionally over 75 lbs., and infrequently push/pull up to 115 lbs. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
