We're seeking an experienced C# Developer to join the Global Trading Technology team, focused on building high-performance, client-facing trading applications. This role blends deep technical expertise with real-time trading systems, delivering innovative solutions that support core business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop performant, maintainable features for trading platforms Collaborate on design, estimation, and sprint planning Provide L3 support and investigate production issues Conduct code reviews and mentor team members Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards Contribute to dev standards and technical communities Qualifications:
Strong C#/.NET skills, including async/await and performance tuning Experience with OMS/EMS or real-time trading systems Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Solid OOD, design patterns, and clean code practices Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and modern .NET tools
