Our client, residential mortgage company, is currently seeking an onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Moorpark CA.
Location: Moorpark CA
Onsite/Remote: 100% Onsite
Contract Length: Contract (open ended as long as there is a business need)
Pay Rate: $30 an hour
Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the department management and staff with recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate and support candidate interview scheduling, communication with hiring managers, and new hire pre-boarding. Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in all aspects of recruitment including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and collecting interview feedback. Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules, provide them with necessary information, and ensure internal and external customers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, ensuring documents such as employment applications are fully completed for background checks, and coordinate new hire orientations. Metrics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent sources to create a pipeline of potential candidates. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values. Qualifications
Bachelors or equivalent work experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively by email and phone with internal and external customers Experience in ATS systems such as iCIMS and Ultipro Knowledge of recruiting coordinator commonly used practices and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
