Responsibilities
Collaborate on the vision and technical roadmap for the Delta One mid-frequency trading platform. Design, develop, and maintain critical components of a scalable, low-latency trading system tailored to mid-frequency Delta One strategies. Ensure all software meets rigorous standards for code quality, system architecture, and operational robustness. Acquire a deep understanding of trading workflows and market microstructure to optimize platform performance. Work closely with senior stakeholders across trading, engineering, and research teams to foster collaboration and drive project success. Qualifications
3+ years of software engineering experience supporting trading desks within leading proprietary trading firms or investment banks. Strong foundation in software engineering principles and computer science fundamentals. Proficiency in modern C++ and Python; familiarity with C is advantageous. Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies and market conditions. Proven ability to set technical direction, champion best practices, and contribute positively to team culture.
