We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our Salesforce platform is optimized, reliable, and aligned with business needs across support, sales, customer success, operations, and field service. Maximize efficiency across Sales, Service, and Field Service Consoles by optimizing configuration, page layouts, and automation for streamlined user workflows Streamline workflows and automation that save time and reduce manual work Ensure strong adoption and effective use of Salesforce In this role, you can expect to
Serve as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce org. Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy. Troubleshoot issues, perform regular system audits, and manage data integrity. Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., marketing automation, data warehousing, customer support tools, internal applications). Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform releases; recommend enhancements where applicable. Design and deliver training, resources, and user experiences that drive adoption, reduce support requests, and enable teams to leverage Salesforce more effectively. To thrive in this role, you have
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud required, Sales Cloud & Field Service preferred). Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and automation tools (Flow, Workflow Rules, Apex). Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API fundamentals. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Seniority level
