Business Development Representative
plays a key role in driving growth by identifying and securing high-quality clients. This position directly supports the organization’s expansion goals, creating opportunities for both the company and its team members. Responsibilities Execute the company’s established sales strategy, messaging, and branding Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets for new maintenance and snow management business Develop and maintain networking opportunities to expand market presence Prospect and secure new clients through networking, cold calls, emails, follow-ups, and in-person meetings Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet quota expectations Drive market growth by securing new clients and exceeding individual goals Create and implement engagement plans for key prospects Track and report sales metrics regularly Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times Stay informed on industry trends, changes, and innovations Requirements Relevant college degree preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service sales Strong knowledge of and experience with CRM software Highly motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals within long sales cycles Experience in face-to-face (B2B) sales with mid to senior-level decision-makers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills, both virtual and in-person Experience with RFP documentation is a plus Ability to work independently and proactively for extended periods Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude Seniority level
