Salesforce Technical Project Manager
to provide leadership and guidance in managing technology projects for our growing organization. Responsibilities
Lead software application development and IT projects, including building and guiding development teams and working with analysts, developers, and other project roles to deliver successfully. Manage project planning, understand customer needs, conduct business analysis, monitor development/execution, perform work-product acceptance, facilitate user acceptance, and report on project progress. Ensure quality assurance of project process flow and manage all aspects of project financials. Promote adherence to processes and standards (e.g., PMI and Agile frameworks) and implement process improvements to drive efficient project delivery. Work independently with effective time management to handle multiple high-visibility priorities, projects, and products simultaneously. Provide guidance to project teams on best practices and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with clear reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Project Manager or similar role, preferably in software development projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Minimum of eight (8) years leading technology teams or projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and motivate project teams. Experience delivering IT projects in a government environment with successful outcomes and high client satisfaction. Solid technical background enabling effective communication with technical team members and understanding project requirements. Experience spanning full SDLC, process improvement, performance, and customer support (12+ years). Hands-on experience managing projects with on-time, on-budget delivery and reporting capabilities. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with project management software, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). Desired Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering. Agile certification or Product Owner certification. Recruiting experience. Hands-on experience managing IT project budgets and resources and reporting on financials. Employment details
