Multidisciplinary firm 20% 401K Match ESOP Program Responsibilities
Perform engineering design, review, and preparation of contract documents. Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior staff. Prepare and review reports and contract documents. Collaborate with design team members and provide technical support. Assist with client service, proposal development, and project pursuits. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 8-15 years of experience in highway design, stormwater management, ADA compliance, and roadway construction practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation OpenRoads Designer. Familiarity with MUTCD, AASHTO, and MassDOT design requirements. Ability to collect field data and perform asset inspections. Ability to perform field work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred
Experience with additional New England DOTs. Strong communication and leadership skills. Benefits
