Position Purpose
Responsible for assisting in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for the following modules: Sales & Marketing, Field Services, Customer Service. Responsible for understanding business requirements and design efficient solutions tailored to meet those needs. Principle Accountabilities
Design and develop custom solutions using the Dynamics CRM 365 platform, including but not limited to CRM and Power Platform applications. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies. Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations. Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365 to ensure best practices are followed. Experience with back-end services including best practices for data management, caching, and optimization. Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable. Essential Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules Sales & Marketing/Field Services/Customer Service, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities. Proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven apps. Experience in automating workflows and integrating various services. Strong skills in designing and managing data models, especially with Microsoft Dataverse. Skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Why Choose IPG?
