Drive revenue growth in academic labs, biotech, and pharma accounts Develop territory strategy and self-source new business opportunities Sell specialized sequencing services to research scientists Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close Requirements
5+ years proven sequencing sales experience (services/equipment) Strong molecular biology background with DNA/RNA sequencing knowledge Consistent track record exceeding sales targets year-over-year Experience selling $50k+ deals to research customers Strategic account planning and business development skills At least one tenure 3+ years demonstrating stability Ideal Background
Experience selling sequencing equipment or services Knowledge of synthetic biology, CRISPR, transcriptomics Academic/biotech/pharma customer relationships 60/40 base/commission split with uncapped upside 2x accelerator above 100% of plan Equity package Join proven territories already generating revenue Compensation
Base + OTE : $110k-$140k base + $210k-$220k OTE Seniority level
