Overview Airbus is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will work a hybrid schedule at our Mobile Manufacturing facility - 3 days per week onsite and 2 days per week remote.

Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America. Responsibilities

Source, screen and recommend candidates for Airbus roles at all levels from entry level through senior leadership. Develop and deploy advanced sourcing strategies including cold calling and network development. Represent the Airbus employment value proposition and Airbus Values. Identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with managers, and assess fit through effective interviewing and testing. Administer the interviewing and onboarding process and ensure a positive new hire experience. Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goals with high-quality talent. Ensure all activities comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations as appropriate. Your Team & Environment Working in the Human Resources department, we support Airbus\' assets and collaborate with global counterparts to impact the employee experience. Your Qualifications

Higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition. 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience; prior industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws and procedures; knowledge of recruitment programs. Knowledge of US Employment and Labor Laws and applicant tracking systems; knowledge of the regional labor market. Proven ability in various recruiting techniques and online/social media recruiting. Excellent oral and written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels. Self-starter with strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills; high integrity and confidentiality. Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions. Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. Physical Requirements

Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Vision, hearing, speaking, and daily equipment operation as described; ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs; standing, sitting, walking as required; travel up to 10-15%. Citizenship
