Lead and manage multiple complex projects, prioritizing execution and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate teamwork, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication, financial planning, construction operations, and capital project implementation. Partner with key stakeholders to support an integrated design and construction approach across campus; ensure proactive coordination between planning, real estate, sustainability, utilities, maintenance, and operations. Oversee client-focused teams (Academic, Arts and Administration, Research and Science, Auxiliaries and Infrastructure, Special Projects) led by four Associate Directors, totaling about 75 professionals across the PDC organization, executing projects on main campus and other UT Austin locations. Lead the Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) team of about 200 within the Campus Operations unit, managing all design, construction, and renovation projects; oversee a capital construction program with oversight of $5+ billion over 5 years, 29 million square feet across 700 buildings and multiple campuses; currently overseeing 30 major projects valued at $5.0B and 1,000 minor projects totaling $650M, with a $10M threshold. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. Five to seven years of progressive project and staff management experience in a medium to large organization. Demonstrated leadership, expertise in institutional project delivery, outstanding organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple complex activities, foster stakeholder relationships, and make sound decisions under pressure.
