Position Overview As the BDC Manager, you will oversee the Business Development Center (BDC), ensuring that internet and phone leads are managed effectively and that clients receive excellent follow-up communication. This is a customer-focused role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coach and motivate your team. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the BDC department and provide hands-on training to staff. Ensure all daily department tasks and objectives are completed on time. Work directly with the Director to set and achieve performance goals. Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and communicate updates to leadership. Manage incoming leads through phone, email, and text, ensuring timely and professional follow-up. Foster a high-performance, customer service–oriented culture within the department. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years’ call center experience (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance-based, commission-driven environment. Minimum of 1 year management experience. Compensation & Benefits
