This position can be performed in New York City or San Francisco depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Responsibilities Solutions Innovation Lead Customer Insights custom solutions delivery and innovation for large enterprise customers focusing on new data solutions design, development and implementation leveraging advanced analytics and data modeling techniques Drive alignment, prioritization, risk assessments and issues mitigation across team deliverables to ensure delivery against SLAs, knowledge transfer and quality controls Advise senior Product and Engineering partners on prioritization of data table access, core tables development, bug fixes and technical enhancements, including development of on-demand scale solutions Lead teams to consistently deliver high quality work with appropriate visibility and aligned to quality standards Design and implement new ways of working that increase Customer Insights impact on the business and accelerate time to value Create a collaborative work environment by fostering knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, transparency, accountability and continuous learning Coach and mentor team members, in best-practice of modern planning and execution -- modeling LinkedIn’s culture and values; serve as a role model for Customer Insights analysts while influencing stakeholders to think more strategically and creatively about data solutions to unlock customer growth Stakeholder Partnerships Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to lead in capturing complex business requirements, determining solution prioritization and evaluating customer needs and resourcing Establish strong partnerships with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Engineering and Data Science teams to advance the development and scaling of advertising insights and measurement solutions Be a world-class collaborator who can build trust, influence and co-create effectively with a diverse group of partners across the global Customer Insights and broader LMS organizations Commercial Impact Act as a trusted advisor to sales partners and customers, offering expertise on advanced measurement and insights capability areas -- including MMM, MMT, incrementality (e.g., conversion lift testing) and advanced SQL query development Ensure all measurement and insights innovations align with key commercial objectives, equipping sales teams with insights that support revenue expansion, relationship-building, and strategic advisory capabilities Lead in the development of new and innovative Customer Insights scale assets (e.g., meta analyses) that demonstrate the value of new and existing platform features and ad formats, while expanding the business use cases for LinkedIn’s first-party data Leverage marketing analytics and technical subject matter expertise to meaningfully influence and impact key business priorities and customer outcomes Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital media analytics, marketing analytics, performance marketing, media consulting or related industry 5+ years of technical data analytics project experience in customer-facing consultative roles Experience in advanced SQL, python, data modelling, marketing analytics methodologies (e.g., including MMM, MMT, incrementality (e.g., conversion lift testing) and advanced SQL query development Bachelors or above in a Marketing, data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics or other quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications

15+ years of experience in digital media analytics, marketing analytics, media consulting or related industry 7+ years of technical data analytics project management experience in customer-facing consultative roles Strong analytical and adaptive problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving actionable insights from complex data sets Strong commercial and customer success orientation, with proven track record developing insights and measurement solutions aligned to commercial outcomes Experience with CRM platform technology and data structures, identity solutions data cleanroom technologies (e.g., Google Ads Data Hub, LiveRamp, Snowflake, InfoSum) Expertise in advanced SQL, python, data modelling, marketing analytics methodologies (e.g., including MMM, MMT, incrementality (e.g., conversion lift testing) and advanced SQL query development Experience with CRM, identity solutions data cleanroom technologies (e.g., Google Ads Data Hub, LiveRamp, Snowflake) Experience with LLM and Gen-AI techniques Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking and solutionsorientation Experience in B2B marketing analytics and marketing intelligence, or B2B consulting Experience working directly with engineering and technical teams, as well as individual contributors Excellent communication, presentation skills and experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing senior leadership Experience working with offshore analyst teams Digital Marketing Performance Analytics Data-driven Consulting Project Management Executive Stakeholder Management Compensation and Equal Opportunity LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $148,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
