6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (5-2-2-5 rotating shift)
What You'll Do: As an Industrial Electrician, you'll ensure the reliability and safety of our operations by maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of industrial electrical systems. You'll support preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and contribute to a team-oriented, safety-focused environment. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and components Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and installations Read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and electrical codes Support mechanical team members and collaborate cross-functionally Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes as needed Use digital tools and systems to complete work orders and maintain records Support environmental, safety, and quality procedures
What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED (free GED program available) 3+ years of experience in industrial electrician maintenance Strong understanding of AC/DC theory, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and hydraulics/pneumatics Experience with schematics, test instruments, and industrial safety protocols Ability to work in environments with dirt, grease, heat, cold, and at heights
Nice to Haves: Journeyman Certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience Background in steel industry maintenance Welding and light fabrication experience Familiarity with Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet-based industrial networks Knowledge of PID control loops and combustion systems
