Lead Applications Engineer - ESP (Artificial Lift) - Houston, TX Lead Applications Engineer responsibilities include design, troubleshooting and optimization of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems. Works closely with sales and operations to develop an operational year plan for assigned customers. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Responsibilities
Providing technical guidance and support to create solutions for our customers. Working with senior leadership stakeholders to specify needs, communicate about current and future projects, and present outcomes of research. Applying appropriate project techniques and approaches; possess technical know-how to handle diverse projects. Engaging with diverse clients in a region and working based on predefined contracts and frameworks. Qualifications
Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in Artificial Lift, Electrical Submersible Pump systems Technical Support. Ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously. Team player with ability to work independently and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Work Schedule
