The Enterprise Architect team at OA-ITSD-DSS supports all applications for IT-DSS and other agencies. We value self-motivation, continuous learning, and exploring new technologies. If you enjoy challenges and learning new languages, this is the team for you. This is a temporary, full-time, benefit-eligible position funded by federal ARPA, ending no later than December 31, 2026. It supports the Department of Social Services (DSS) and aligns with our core values: Innovation, Partnership, Respect, and Integrity. Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation). Learn and develop new skills through training and self-motivation. Understand ITSD business processes to meet customer needs. Mentor others and document new technologies. Work independently on assignments. Qualifications
Knowledge of computer logic, core programming languages, hardware, networks, and Operating Systems. Ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with C#, Java, HTML, CSS, COBOL, JCL, PowerShell, SQL. Experience with Visual Studio, VSCode, and other development tools. Interest or experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Veracode, AI technologies. Experience with relational databases like DB2 and SQL Server. Additional Information
