Production Planner
Join our team as a Production Planner, where you will collaborate with the Mill Department to facilitate the production of cabinet cuts. You will be responsible for creating daily schedules for the production floor, ensuring efficient operations and material management. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Mill Department to plan cabinet cut production. Create and manage daily schedules for the production floor, specifying the number of cuts to process. Review 'No Demand' and Excess Inventory reports to optimize inventory management. Ensure schedules are set up within 4 hours of the shift start. Monitor stock levels and forecast material needs to support production. Track production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Essential Skills: Proficiency in production planning and scheduling. Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes. Strong skills in Excel, including Macros and Formulas. Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions. Skill in recognizing and identifying letter and number combinations. Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in general production, labor, inspection, and assembly. Forklift operation and packaging experience is a plus. Why Work Here?
