We commonly execute HubSpot implementations & onboardings, website projects, and Team-as-a-Service retainers for our clients. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a HubSpot Solutions Architect to take us to the next level.
Overview
As our HubSpot Solutions Architect, youll lead solutions design and audits, helping to map HubSpot solutions and client needs. You will work with sales to help scope new projects and you will often be pulled in by our Team-as-a-Service (retainer clients) teams when they require technical insights beyond their ability. This role is client-facing. You will need to possess the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams, and then be able to execute on the work you design. Responsibilities
CRM System Design: Design and implement CRM systems tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality. Integration & Automation: Lead integrations between HubSpot and clients existing business systems, understand custom APIs, data workflows, and automation that streamline processes and enhance functionality. Ensure data integrity and consistency across clients systems. Training & Documentation: Provide training to client teams on HubSpot functionalities, empowering them to utilize the platform effectively. Document integrations in plain language, create data maps, and build ERDs in LucidChart. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the architecture and scope of HubSpot projects. Impeccable Communication: Lead technical discovery calls and be able to articulate direction clearly, collaborate, brainstorm, consider multiple perspectives, and work with different communication styles. Sales Support: Join sales calls to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive measurable business results. Collaborate closely with our strategic partners to develop and execute growth strategies that help clients achieve their business goals. Qualifications
3+ years working in an agency setting preferred You can translate rough business requirements to technical specifications Ability to read API documentation and understand whats possible Experience utilizing native HubSpot custom applications to sync data to other systems Experience using 3rd-party/iPaaS systems (Zapier, Hightouch) to enable data syncs and integrations Strong background in revenue operations and technical consulting, with high level of expertise on the HubSpot platform (sales, service, marketing, Content, operations) Experience in a client-facing role, presenting solution design Experience with the HubSpot/Salesforce Integration Expertise with data modeling and designing systems infrastructure Understand advanced HubSpot development, such as serverless functions, custom coded actions, etc. High familiarity with HubSpots API In-depth knowledge of Webhooks and REST APIs Ability to show previous scoping and technical documentation that supports your experience and expertise Special considerations to those with certifications and knowledge around Artificial Intelligence Our Core Values

While we have an office in downtown Grand Haven that we love, our team is distributed and works remotely (you are welcome to visit the office anytime). Theres no weekly in-office quota to meet we work to get work done, however that works for you. Regular team meet-ups. Since the Evenbound team is primarily remote, we work hard to schedule team meet-up opportunities when we can.
