Overview Seeking a Product Manager who brings strong Business Analyst experience, proven stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role owns product features end-to-end, translates high-level objectives into measurable functional specifications, and partners across Clients, Product Management, Development, UX, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

Translate high-level objectives from Software Product Management and external clients into clear, testable, and measurable functional specifications. Take ownership of software product features and manage the full lifecycle of requirements, from discovery through delivery. Conduct research and document functional requirements, integrating input from multiple stakeholders and data sources. Analyze and document user workflows to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational needs. Produce and maintain product backlogs and actively participate in or drive sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions. Assist in prioritizing initial feature development and ongoing change requests to ensure efficient and value-driven delivery. Develop detailed use cases that illustrate user interactions for various user classes. Ensure application interfaces reflect human factors and usability principles to enhance user experience. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to define, execute, and triage systematic and ad-hoc test cases; log defects and coordinate timely resolution with QA Analysts. Communicate and coordinate effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders, including Clients, Product Management, Development, and UX teams. Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager with significant experience performing Business Analyst responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, including eliciting requirements, managing expectations, and facilitating decisions across diverse stakeholder groups. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred). Strong experience producing functional specifications, use cases, user workflows, and managing product backlogs. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and sprint planning. Experience working closely with QA to validate requirements and resolve issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Nice-to-Have
