Our campus is designed to facilitate healing and recovery. Our 120 bed facility is located near J Turner Butler Boulevard and I-95 South. The center offers a diverse continuum of care programs to help patients achieve stability and develop coping skills that promote long-term recovery and mental wellness. Wekiva Springs Center provides inpatient and outpatient programming to address the severity of each patient’s condition in a safe and secure environment.

Direct the development and continuous refinement of the facility’s business development plan by designing, developing, implementing and directing the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies and procedures, as well as systems for the department and the facility. Directly supervise a minimum of 5 staff; follow the organization’s policies and applicable laws; interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care business development resulting in measurable results. Direct experience developing managed care agreements (especially with capitation and at-risk areas). Detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles. Must have valid driver’s license.
