is looking for a dynamic

Director of Business Development (DBD) ! If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you! This position, as an essential member of the Senior Management team, works closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to design, develop, implement, direct and refine the facility's business development plan. The DBD oversees the facility's community liaison staff and directs their marketing and community relationship building efforts. The DBD also works closely with corporate staff to ensure that the company's strategic goals and annual budget expectations are achieved.

Shift: Full-time Monday through Friday

Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, has been providing quality psychiatric and chemical dependency services to Idaho's Treasure Valley and the western US since 1980. This 151-bed facility is located on 10 beautiful acres near the foothills of Idaho's dramatic Sawtooth Mountains. Qualifications Education:

Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred, Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity preferred. Advanced knowledge of key business development concepts, methodology and strategic planning. Strong knowledge and experience in leadership and personnel management principles; staff management and leadership. Knowledge and experience in developing effective business development strategies and plans.

Shift:

Day shift Monday through Friday
