About the Team Capital One's Enterprise Payments team is defining the roadmap to enable the company's overall digital payments strategy, modernizing payment types, and introducing innovations. The team is transitioning toward a cloud-based, API/microservice architecture and real-time data environment to support faster, flexible payments. The Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Enterprise Payments team plays a critical role in achieving these goals. This is a highly collaborative role that requires close alignment with engineers, data scientists, operations, and business partners to transform the payment experience for all customers. At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expectation that the degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products Note:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300; Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300. Other locations pay ranges apply per location and will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Capital One offers a comprehensive benefits package.
