As a Senior Technical Consultant (f/m/d), you\'ll use your expertise in MATLAB and Simulink to empower MathWorks\' customers across Europe to develop cutting-edge model-based design solutions to address engineering challenges. Responsibilities Visionary Planning: Develop strategic plans to deliver exceptional technical services. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer workflows using state-of-the-art algorithm design in MATLAB/Simulink.
Project Management: Lead projects by overcoming technical challenges, managing budgets, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Serve as the primary contact for customer projects, addressing needs, and supporting tool integration.
Innovative Solutions: Design and implement technical solutions and applications across various industries. Your enthusiasm for emerging technologies will drive customer success.
Collaborative Engagement: Build strong relationships with key users and advocate for customer needs, influencing the future of MathWorks offerings
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in Germany.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
A bachelor\'s degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master\'s degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications Technical Skills:
Demonstrated expertise in MATLAB and Simulink, essential for developing and implementing model-based designs and simulations.
Profound industry experience in model-based software design, software development, control systems, model-based design workflow implementation or system validation & certification.
Familiarity with modern software development processes (DevOps, CI/CD).
Agile project management experience and strong customer-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in budget estimation and negotiation.
Profound experience in code generation for C/C++ with Embedded Coder and customization of Target Language Compiler (TLC).
Experience with HDL Coder or willingness to ramp-up knowledge.
Experience in static code analysis solutions, preferably with Polyspace Bug Finder and Code Prover.
