Full-time position. Job ID: 9437. Position Details This role will lead the Global Product Strategy team focusing on developing and potentially launching assets in GI / GU cancers. You will partner with oncology clinicians to understand patient and clinician needs, collaborate with R&D to design development programs optimized for regulatory and commercial success, and contribute to launch planning with a patient-centric approach. You will be a leader within the global commercial team and optimize performance across major markets in the US, EU, and Asia. The role has visibility at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge and experience across global markets in Oncology, including new product development, launches, regulatory landscape, reimbursement environment and healthcare system dynamics, to drive commercialization strategies Deep understanding of GI / GU markets and development of oncology assets Ph1-3 Partner and influence within the R&D organization to shape programs to meet patient and clinician needs Collaborate with country commercial teams from a global position Lead and mentor tumor team members, providing strategic guidance to drive performance and business objectives Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including product branding, positioning, and scientific messaging Inform go-to-market approaches by understanding oncology healthcare customers (providers, key opinion leaders, patients, market access stakeholders) Monitor and analyze market, customer, and competitor trends to inform clinical development and commercialization plans Develop global brand positioning and messaging aligned to product differentiation and ensure commercially focused medical and market access strategies Coordinate with cross-functional groups (Insights & Analytics, R&D, regulatory affairs, sales, finance, Medical Affairs) for strategic planning and execution Ensure consistency with partner co-commercialization or co-promotion rights in relation to global brand strategy and resources Plan and manage budget requirements with monitoring and tracking Manage vendor partnerships to ensure activities are executed on plan, cost-effectively and within budget Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries with increasing responsibilities Experience in both country/affiliate leadership roles and regional/international level Undergraduate degree; MBA, PhD or similar considered a plus Oncology including immunotherapy knowledge Significant experience launching products both internationally and nationally Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong collaboration and team- and alignment-building skills Fluent in English This position can be based on the U.S. East Coast, in Germany, or in the UK, with some flexibility regarding exact location.
