Act as a central synthesizer of advisor experience data: integrating client feedback, field insights, telemetry, and incident learnings into a unified view of platform pain points
Lead root-cause triage efforts and elevate critical friction points through advisor feedback, telemetry, and incident analytics

Administer a $28M cross-functional investment portfolio dedicated to improving advisor experience and eliminating system friction
Partner with the CTO and across the technology organization to ensure advisor needs are represented and urgent platform risks are addressed
Bring operational discipline, engineering fluency, and executive presence to represent this work with the firm’s senior leadership
Program Leadership: Fail-Forward Resiliency Sites
Lead a ~$30M multi-year program to build and operationalize three core resiliency sites designed to enable “fail-forward” capabilities into the cloud
Own overall program governance, budget management, delivery milestones, and executive reporting
Partner with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure readiness and architectural alignment
Drive clarity and accountability across cross-functional teams
Incubate New Ways of Working
Use the resiliency program as a proving ground for modern engineering practices, including agile at scale, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and real-time observability
Champion velocity, automation, and resilience as non-negotiables in technology delivery
Define and refine repeatable delivery patterns that can be adopted across the broader tech organization
Executive Engagement & Communication
Provide a steady hand in high-pressure settings, including executive incident bridges and board-level updates
Translate complex technical issues into business-impact language for executive stakeholders
