This is a Hybrid role with Booz Allen. Candidate is expected to work on-site at a Booz Allen or Client Facility 20-50% of your time, as needed. Responsibilities As a lead project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding both the team and the effort. You’ll organize and coordinate program objectives while your team looks to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. You’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission and broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This role impacts healthcare provided to our nation’s Veterans and leverages your knowledge of program management methodologies. This position involves partnering with Veterans Affairs clients, ensuring successful program delivery, and managing risks throughout the lifecycle. You Have

10+ years of experience in project management or program analysis Knowledge of project management principles Ability to identify project risks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have

Compensation Salary and benefits: Booz Allen offers health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Salary is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
