Your Role As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Key Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops during explore, configuration, unit testing phases; document functional specifications for design gaps during build phase; assist the client in all testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; and provide post go-live support. Stay current with the annual releases of new Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities from SAP. Collaborate within a team across workstreams (procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, and IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Skills & Attributes for Success To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial. You will lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, and documentation, as well as functional design. You will liaise with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into business solutions and manage configurations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems. The following skills and attributes will make a significant impact: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree. Typically, 2 – 4 years of experience working with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Strong technical skills in application functional design. Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40-60%. Preferred
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience SAP Certification(s) Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy) Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP asset management Experience with additional licensed SAP products such as: 3rd party planning and scheduling tools, 3rd party MRO master data governance tools, SAP service and asset management (mobility), SAP field service management, SAP resource scheduling for maintenance planners (RSH), SAP business network asset collaboration, SAP asset performance management, SAP spatial asset management, SAP work clearance management (lock out tag out), SAP geographical enablement framework, SAP environmental health & safety What We Offer
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range: $102,500 to $187,900; NYC Metro/Washington/CA ranges higher. Total Rewards include medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid model with in-person work 40-60% of the time for client-serving roles.
