This is a part-time Merchandise Associate role in a retail setting. Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 1376, Las Vegas, NV. Starting pay range: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour (actual pay determined by skills, qualifications, and experience). Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and follow merchandising procedures. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and assist in store recovery as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store as a whole. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For
