Integral Federal, Inc. The Program Manager (PM) acts as the point of contact (POC) for the contract with Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network. The PM administers, maintains, secures, and accredits the DLIFLC Academic Network which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instruction for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level. Responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract in support of DLIFLC. The PM responds to the needs of the government customer and ensures all tasks and deliverables are carried out in accordance with the contract. Responsible for overall program execution and cohesive team management through oversight and mentorship of the individual Subcontractors and leads. Serves as a point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractors senior management. Oversees target goals, cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Provides oversight, leadership, and mentorship to contract Program Managers, ensuring cross-team continuity and efficiency. Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets; management of contract performance; quality control; risk mitigation; stakeholder engagement; and proactive communication of potential issues to the Government. Maintain an effective QC program. Utilize expert communication skills to direct technical/programmatic resources and report on progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review programmatic documents. Ensure timely recruitment and training of program staff.

Required

BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years of experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years of experience. Any one of the following IAT Level II certifications (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and CE/OS Certification. PMP Certification required. Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, able to manage large-scale IT contracts of similar size and scope. Excellent written and oral communication skills to present complex information to senior government officials using MS Office Suite. Secret Clearance.

Salary Range:

$140,000 - $170,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
