With expertly tailored suits, exceptional service, and a modern, luxury aesthetic, we’ve built a reputation for craftsmanship and confidence in every thread. We are looking for a manager for our Des Moines, IA location. Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission (=$70,000 per year) + Benefits Key Responsibilities
Serve as the store leader Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales reps Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience that reflects our luxury service Meet and exceed sales goals through coaching, strategy, and local outreach Build relationships with local professionals, stylists, and business leaders to grow brand presence Manage day-to-day operations including inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and reporting Partner closely with headquarters for marketing initiatives, onboarding, and support What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of retail management or luxury client-facing experience Experience in sales is strongly preferred A polished, confident presence—comfortable working with professionals, executives, and discerning clientele Proven sales ability and team-building ability Passion for men’s fashion, style, or tailoring Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership Excellent communication and operational skills Local market knowledge is a plus What We Offer
