Salary range listed: $120,000.00–$150,000.00. This role leads projects through design, permitting and construction, provides leadership for site Project Managers, and assumes responsibility for project financials including payment terms and collections. Senior and Executive Project Directors mentor assigned Project Estimators and oversee project performance. Responsibilities

Reviews projects to ensure that scope is clearly documented and understood by the customer. Establishes a budget for each project to ensure completion within budgeted gross margins. Owns overall project financials including pricing, costs, margins and budget creation. Establishes payment terms, including progress billings and deductible payments in accordance with ATI best practices. Directs Project Managers on payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts. Manages and facilitates collection of all project receivables, collaborating with Legal and Collections as needed. Mentors Project Estimators, including reviewing financial performance, conducting joint job walks, and administering performance reviews. Ensures compliance with requirements and maintains strong POM scores; conducts annual performance reviews and identifies development opportunities. Leads training, rewards, motivation and disciplinary actions as needed (Senior and Executive PDs). Establishes achievable completion schedules with customers. Manages subcontractors, negotiates agreements, and ensures quality work. Maintains ongoing communication with customers, Project Managers, A/R, and stakeholders; assists with change orders and punch lists as applicable. Secures certificate of satisfaction at project conclusion and resolves conflicts, warranty issues, and other complaints. Monitors compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies; participates in company marketing events; upholds company policies and safety standards. Performs other related duties as required. Project Authorization

Project Directors: projects up to $250,000 in value. Senior and Executive Project Directors: no limits (responsible for generating their own business). Education and Experience

High school or equivalent. Required experience: 5 years restoration experience. 3+ years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager with a disaster restoration company; knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration and mold remediation. 2+ years of experience as a Project Director with excellent performance ratings in two most recent performance reviews (Senior Product Director only). 3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Director with excellent performance ratings in two most recent performance reviews (Executive Product Director only). Certifications

IICRC certification (all levels). Project Directors Xactimate Level 1; Senior Project Directors Level 2; Executive Project Directors Level 3. Competencies

Ability to work without supervision; strong organizational skills and time management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; knowledge of water, fire, and mold trades. Ability to read and interpret instructions; capable of training and supervising employees (Senior and Executive PDs). Good judgment, management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task; react well under pressure. Reliable, on-time, and able to prioritize and plan work; good negotiation and vendor management abilities. Commitment to high professional ethical standards; ability to handle emotionally charged customer situations and respond promptly; work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
