Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct outreach to companies, in-person engagement and building relationships with industry peers. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across a variety of industries and client sizes. Collaborate with our data-driven team to identify companies in transition and offer them tailored workplace solutions, from furniture to facility services. Utilize industry-best data tools and compelling marketing collateral to support your success. Represent Rightsize at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications

A relationship-builder with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in commercial real estate, workplace solutions, or related industries. A self-starter whos confident leading the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to helping close deals and grow long-term accounts. Someone whos as comfortable persuading prospective clients over the phone, video calls, in-person as they are networking with and entertaining industry peers. A strategic thinker who sees the big picture and knows how to connect the dots to align relationships with opportunities. Energetic, creative, curious and just a little competitive. What We Offer
