Senior/Associate Brand Manager (Happy Family)

Job Locations: US-NY-White Plains | US-CO-Louisville Overview The Senior/Associate Brand Manager will be a key member of our Brands team, capable of adapting to new environments and teams and passionate about working on a brand that will bring a positive impact to the world. This role will include managing high impact projects, including but not limited to product renovation, line extension launches, brand design, enterprise strategies, and day-to-day business activity (e.g., sales performance analysis, volume forecasting, budget management, etc.). The ideal candidate will be both analytical and strategic, able to turn data findings into strategically told stories to influence senior leaders. They will demonstrate leadership of their responsibilities and projects, acting pragmatically and influencing across the organization to deliver with excellence. They will be a growth-minded leader who demonstrates grit, thinks and acts in a disciplined, yet disruptive way, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is part of a rotation program with the first assignment being in Happy Family as the Senior/Associate Brand Manager of Formula. You can be

based in either of our HQ locations: Louisville, CO, New York Fulton, NY or White Plains, NY.

The expected duration of each rotation is between 12 and 24 months and will be determined by a combination of matching development opportunities and exposure to different marketing competencies, and meeting business needs and priorities. In the first assignment, the Senior/Associate Brand Manager may be responsible for, but not limited to: Equity and Brand Building:

Support team in full funnel brand marketing strategy and execution. Lead social & influencer, PR and shopper/ecomm in partnership with COE teams. Quarterback ongoing brand positioning, "bolder" claims development and communications framework project. Engage global marketing partners in activation best practice sharing. Lead inno/reno projects, including new sizes/formats, ingredient updates and graphic changes. Collaborate with local and global SN colleagues across iPro, R&I, Marketing, Operations, Design, etc. Business Performance Tracking and Analysis:

Responsible for Formula Monthly Business Reporting and Hypercare, analyzing brand/competitive performance via Circana and other internal data sources. Commercial support:

Collaborate with Category Commercial / customer teams on selling strategies and support in materials development (selling stories, commercial toolkits, etc.). Support in continuous improvement of newly launched DTC platform. Supporting the brand planning process: competitive data analysis, brand storytelling, and strategic planning.

The Senior/Associate Brand Manager may also be responsible for, but not limited to: Identifying key trends and analyzing market opportunities Developing strong stories to sell in product ideas both internally and externally Developing opportunities to explore innovation trends in the real world Developing total enterprise strategies and multi-year platforms Serving as a hub of collaboration with cross functional teams Building effective relationships with key internal and external partners Managing budget in close collaboration with finance and partnering with Brand team and cross-functional stakeholders to manage media campaigns and integrated marketing execution, tracking, reporting and leading critical portfolio management projects (including but not limited to line extensions, packaging updates, and minor renovations) with cross-functionals Leading data analytics and reporting efforts; performing consumer, customer, and competitive analysis; monitoring key performance metrics; and managing ad-hoc requests Responsible for P&L oversight, forecasting and GPS/demand planning with guidance from Brand Manager Contributing strong POV on media strategies and consumer targeting to guide tactical planning efforts Managing marketing activities inclusive of owned, earned, and paid media channels

Compensation and Benefits The base compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience. About You - MBA required or 3+ years of marketing experience in lieu of MBA - 2+ years of brand management required - Food & Beverage CPG experience preferred - Must reside in New York or Denver Metro area Competencies Agility: ability to adapt quickly to different teams and Brand missions, driving for performance and providing business continuity. Flexibility: open to supporting various brands and changing focus areas via short-term assignments. Other qualifications: strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal), leadership capability, collaborative team player with cross-functional experience, strong business acumen, results orientation, strategic influencing abilities, ability to analyze and lead the business from a marketing and general management perspective, strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
