Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Level 2 Systems Integration/Test Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, AL! In this role, we are looking for the successful candidate to provide Test Engineering support for Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Ground Hardware Development IPT. This role will support THAAD Ground HW Lab Maintenance scope for USG and FMS contracts associated with Automated Test Equipment and Test Bed Development automation. You will directly support test activities, and collaborate to provide streamlined test processes using Automation Framework and National Instruments applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform test plan and procedure development in collaboration with CPE, CE, and Functional leadership to ensure test methods and acceptance test procedures verify Product and Critical Item Development Specifications. Provide direct technical assistance such as supporting proposals, Independent Reviews, customer meetings, design reviews and issue resolution with the Integrated Product Team. Deliver Test Engineering support to Line Replaceable Unit test sets that require calibration, Engineering use only operation as required, and recurring Test SW development in collaboration with Production Operations. Support Launcher and TFCC test bed automation through means of National Instruments LabVIEW application expertise for script development. Basic Qualifications: Technical experience or familiarity with interpreting test requirements, test planning and/or integration and test of ground systems, missiles or spacecraft National Instruments LabVIEW and/or TestStand Developer experience integrated with Automated Test Equipment Experience communicating with and/or briefing program leaders Must be a U.S. citizen and have, at minimum, an Interim Secret security clearance Desired Skills: Active Secret security clearance Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Knowledge and work experience implementing Assembly, Test & Launch Operations (ATLO) standard methodologies and lessons learned Experience with maintaining process discipline in a dynamic and agile Production Operations environment Experience with MIL-STD-810 test methods Familiar with Lockheed Martin CTC requirements or equivalent Test Conductor certification Familiar with property management requirements for lab instrumentation or automated test equipment Strong Electrical or Mechanical test background Experience from a test and requirements verification environment; experience in Ground Systems or Missile Test Operations including the test planning and procedure development process, test execution, analysis, anomaly resolution, and familiarity with a production environment Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Ground Systems or Missile Integration and Test, including full system and sub-system testing Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
