We have partnered with our client in their search for a Java Developer in Columbus OH Responsibilities Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Experience in Java and well versed in Spring Boot, Microservices patterns, event based architecture Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages (Java, ReactJS) and database querying languages Demonstrable ability to code in one or more languages Well versed in both RDBMS and NoSQL Experience with micro services and Test Driven Development architecture Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle Hands-on experience in one or more AWS servcies specifically ECS/EKS, Lambda, MSK, SNS, API Gateway, Step functions, storage services Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security Skills Required Practical cloud native experience, AWS is preferred Exposure to micro frontend UI using technologies like ReactJS Hands-on experience designing and developing highly scalable, highly resilient, low latency, self-monitored applications Education & Work Experience Degree BS BA or Equivalent Work Experience 2-3 years experience Location
