Software Developer (Microsoft Power Automate & Power Pages) Company Overview: Client is a federal government contractor that specializes in Agile software development across Mobile, Web, and Cloud environments. Our mission is to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive technological advancement. Security Clearance: Candidates must possess an active Secret or Top Secret clearance. Onsite Requirement: This position requires full-time, 100% onsite availability (location Rosslyn, VA). Responsibilities

Design and implement secure, responsive, and user-friendly websites using Microsoft Power Pages. Build and configure automated workflows in Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate Power Pages and Power Automate workflows with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality, performance, and security. Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and business teams. Stay informed on the latest Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation. Strong expertise in Power Pages development and customization. Understanding of web security principles and responsive design. Experience integrating solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Customer Engagement development. Hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate for at least 2 years. Experienced in writing and debugging Power Fx, Liquid templates, and fetchXML. Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar cloud integration tools. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) are a plus. Knowledge of API integration and REST-based services. Experience working in Agile development environments. Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Soft Skills
