CACI International Inc . Location: Reston, VA. This role is part of the Capture team and requires the ability to lead solutioning in a federal government contracting environment. Travel: Up to 10% local. What Youll Do

As a Principle Solutions Architect, conceptualize, develop, communicate and propose solutions that drive growth through Bid & Proposal efforts, leading directly to top and bottom line results. Leverage leadership experience to lead a team of Business Development, Capture, Proposal and Technical SMEs in the capture solutioning process from customer shaping through solutioning and proposal submission. Address all RFP requirements including Management, Technical, Staffing/BOE, Past Performance, Teaming, and Pricing. Develop solutions that may require hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures, communications, cyber, services or other government-specified engineering knowledge to design, develop, and support clients. Define total systems design and technology maturity constraints, develop system element architecture and interface definitions, and provide technical direction related to implementation of system architecture by other staff. Lead and mentor proposal team members in translating the solution into proposal material following the Shipley process and contribute to proposal volumes/slides. Guide, mentor and train less experienced team members as a senior member of the Solution Excellence team. Lead solution and proposal color team reviews for captures to strengthen others solutions. Engage with important clients in long-lead and tactical capacities to help solve critical needs and challenges. Help define client requirements for complex solutions including IT and non-IT engineering and scientific disciplines. Qualifications

12+ years of solution development or related experience as a solution architect with a federal government contractor. Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline. Demonstrated experience developing and leading winning solutions for new and re-compete business pursuits, capture activities and proposal efforts starting at $100M TCV. Strong working knowledge of cutting-edge Federal Government technologies including Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Robotic Process Automation, and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrids). Experience front-end solutioning with clients to assess needs from requirements, good communication and relationship skills, and identifying client pain points. Experience authoring or leading development of Technical/Management Volumes of large high-value federal proposals; Shipley approach and FedSim experience are a bonus. Experience working in cross-functional teams across technical, development, acquisition, contracts, and program management. Top Secret clearance minimum to begin; requirement to obtain TS/SCI clearance for continued employment. What You Can Expect

The proposed salary range for this position is

$137,400-$302,300 . Final salary is influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. CACI offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and time off. There is a national average range shown due to multi-location applicability.
