The Marketing Coordinator II is responsible for supporting our sales and marketing efforts, including producing proposals, qualifications, award submittals, and presentation materials. You will assist with business development efforts, implementing concepts for collateral materials, managing the local database, basic pursuit videos, and interviewing staff for resumes and project descriptions. A Day in the Life: Meeting with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives Developing proposal layouts in InDesign and inputting information Interviewing project team members for value-added information to improve proposals Leading proposal kickoff meetings with the project team Updating resumes and project sheets Marketing Coordinator II Required Qualifications: 3+ years of marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline, or 8 years of equivalent experience plus at least 3 years of relevant experience Our Investment in You: We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, personalized support tools, and guidance to help you care for yourself and your loved ones.
