Job Description 1. CAD expertise with DFM in sheet metal, machining for Aluminum & plastic 2. Experience working in a PDM system like Solidworks PDM, Teamcenter 3. Drawing experience. I don't mean adding views & then some dimensions, but real experience with GD&T, how to identify critical dimensions, adding tolerances etc. 4. We are looking, not for just a Mechanical Designer but an engineer. They should be experienced in doing Math calculations, very basic FEA using in-CAD features. If they design a bracket, they should be able to tell me the natural frequencies. 5. Experience integration of electronics & HW components. 6. Someone either present in the Pacific time zone, or willing to work Pacific zone hours is a big bonus.
