Senior Manager, Product Strategy – Transplant Software: Seeking a driven Senior Manager for Product Strategy to guide software products at TDX. You will work at the intersection of diagnostic precision, digital health, and lab workflow transformation, contributing to defining product direction, evaluating customer needs, and advancing platform capabilities that support cloud-based interoperability, scalability, and AI-enabled innovation.

Responsibilities

Strategic Product Planning & Roadmap Support: Contribute to the development and maintenance of multi-year software product strategies and roadmaps. Support initiatives related to platform unification, modular architecture, and cloud enablement across legacy and next-generation offerings. Conduct competitive assessments, customer research, and strategic analysis to inform product direction.

Voice of the Customer & Clinical Insight: Engage with HLA labs, transplant centers, and clinical collaborators to gather insights and understand unmet needs. Translate user feedback into product opportunities that improve lab efficiency, data integration, and diagnostic workflows. Support pilots and early-stage engagements with strategic customers.

Platform & Ecosystem Support: Collaborate on the design and expansion of our next-generation transplant diagnostics platform that connects internal and external software tools. Define modules that solve high-impact clinical problems with a focus on interoperability (FHIR/HL7) and extensibility. Participate in partner evaluations and platform integration planning.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Business Alignment: Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Commercial, Regulatory, and Legal to align product plans with business needs. Contribute to market opportunity assessments, planning for new product introductions, and support go-to-market planning and product lifecycle management.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical or healthcare field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in product management or product strategy roles within software, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.

5+ years of management or leadership experience, including direct people management.

Experience in regulated healthcare environments (e.g., CLIA, HIPAA, ISO 13485) preferred; working knowledge of FDA regulations and IVDR highly preferred.

Familiarity with HLA lab workflows, transplant diagnostics, or LIMS systems desirable.

Technical & Strategic Competence

Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud architecture, microservices, and APIs.

Understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and modern software lifecycle practices.

Experience with AI/ML or digital health tools is a plus.

Experience developing pricing models for different go-to-market strategies (subscription, licensing, SaaS, PaaS, DaaS).

Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard, Jira, Confluence).

Leadership & Communication

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions.

Clear, effective communicator capable of synthesizing complex information for different audiences.

Compensation And Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Indiana is

$130,000.00–$194,950.00 . This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results. Total Rewards package includes: medical and dental plans, vision plan, commuter benefits, PTO, holidays, parental leave, disability coverage, 401(k), and ESPP.
