As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will be working with existing Schwab clients, providing wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. Required Qualifications: A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance, as it will be required during tenure Preferred Qualifications: Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen client relationships by applying a focused client communication strategy and exceeding client expectations Ability to leverage a team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, market knowledge, and the ability to inspire action to help clients progress toward goals Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients including: Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve Passion for community engagement to discuss market conditions and sound investing principles with clients Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience and continue professional development in Wealth Management What’s in it for you We’re committed to empowering employees’ personal and professional success.
