Job Description Summary This role sits in the Global Marketing function and reports directly to the Marketing Category President of Coke. In this position you’ll lead the brand growth strategy for the MEALS pillar, which is one of the three growth pillars of the Coca-Cola growth strategy, driving the biggest volume in Sparkling category and provides significant potential for the growth. Along with its potential to drive rituals, Coke also has a strong brand heritage and right to win in Meals moment.

Leadsthe strategic thought leadership in Meals growth strategy, design of initiatives to broaden the Coke & Meal ritual adoption in ordertocontinue drive meals occasion share ahead of competition and drive rituals including LRP, ABP thinking. Drives new-age of Meals through designing and leading the set-up New Meals IP platform to transform how we engage with consumers through Meals, collaborating with Global IMx Digital, Creative Strategy. Leads the brand briefing and strategic thought leadership of 2026/27 Meals charter, communication planning; setting up the Charter OU core team to manage & lead from communication brief to launch, working with OU meal leads. Overseeing the Meals initiatives strategic alignment, consumer strategy, effectiveness. Coach Meals Experience Director on working with the network of OU CCTM leads and OU Meal Leads, Global Category Creative Strategy team, Global and Local C&CL teams to design integrated experience plans including FoodMarks, New IP, FoodFest through collaborating with OU Meal Leads as a network team. Establishesand oversees theMeals marketingbudgetto ensure appropriate marketing mix that drives efficiencyanddeliver against financial targets, process guidelines and productivity goals. Coaches, inspires, and builds marketing capabilities and acts as a role-model in growth behaviors and leadership behaviors to drive strong meals network team engagement. Works with the Knowledge, Strategy and Insights teamsto develop consumer marketing insights and provide a foundation for marketing strategy and channel management.Ensures strategic brand communications (including advertising, promotion and media plans) via deep consumer understanding, KBI trackingthat followsglobal category strategy guidelines,as well as development of reporting and execution modelsto evaluate results and leverage key learnings. 10+ years of related global marketing & brand strategy experience, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or similar industry. Category, Brand Strategy experience is critical – Experience with Commercial/ Customer or Digital is an added benefit Experience working with cross-functional teams Deep understanding of consumer and business analytics Work Focus

Role will require frequent communication with senior stakeholders including OUMD’s, CCTM leads, Global Stakeholders Global Category Senior Direct Reports must be comfortable communicating innovative approaches to marketing strategy and building buy-in across key internal stakeholders All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
