M&A Integration:

Lead the integration of acquired training business(es), focusing on aligning them with Fitch Learning's culture, values, and strategic goals. Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans, addressing operational, financial, and cultural aspects. Identify synergies and drive value creation through effective integration processes, ensuring a seamless transition for clients and employees.

Support to the CEO:

Act as a key advisor and partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and support the CEO and wider leadership team in executing the company's long-term vision.

Strategic Operations Management:

Support the development and execution of operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation within Fitch Learning. Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize operational structures and processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success and integration progress. Prepare and present detailed reports to the CEO and Fitch Group Exco and Hearst executive team on integration and strategic operational initiatives.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with integrating acquisitions, ensuring alignment with Group processes and policies. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and disruptions during integration.

You May be a Good Fit if:

Hold a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and integration within an internationally digital-oriented sector Exhibit strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Have a proven track record of meeting KPIs and performance targets Bring experience in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within the training or education sector Demonstrate expertise in M&A integration, particularly in services and digital solutions industries Possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Have experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and quality in all aspects of the role Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities Are a highly team-oriented, low-ego leader, able to work seamlessly across functions as ‘one team’ and serve as a credible member of the leadership team, influencing both business and commercial strategies Have a proven record of success operating in a complex, global, multi-product environment What Would Make You Stand Out:

Experience working in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of financial markets, as well as experience in professional services or knowledge-based businesses Strong involvement in complex business integrations and transformations Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently while consistently delivering results against deadlines Experience operating in a matrix organization, including stakeholder engagement and influencing business heads and operations management KPIs:

FOR NEW YORK: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $200,000 USD and $225,000 USD per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch. #LI-MH1 #LI-HYBRID
