Develop financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses Conduct valuation analysis on a diverse range of illiquid investments distributed across industries and geographies, employing established and relevant approaches and theory Be proactive and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and delivering actionable results within tight deadlines Manage teams of senior associates and analysts Conduct client interviews, including face-to-face meetings, to gather essential data and information for engagements Collaborate with internal and external management teams to cultivate and strengthen client relationships Identify and communicate potential engagements to management and lead the engagement proposal process Present analyses and conclusions verbally and in written reports Participate in relevant industry events to expand knowledge and gain experience within the alternative asset industry Essential Traits
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA Minimum 3 years of developing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts / forecasts, and contingent claims analysis Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence techniques Experience in managing diverse engagement teams and clients Working knowledge of authoritative guidance related to valuation (AICPA Guide, ASC 820 and IFRS 13), valuation industry best practices and emerging issues Familiarity with software packages like Alteryx, Tableau, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of market data sources such as Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on representing diverse communities About Kroll Join the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions.
