Overview Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, seeks a skilled Nonprofit Learning & Training Manager to join on a temporary basis (6 months) to provide key AMS support.

Develop in-person and virtual training and learning opportunities. Leverage the company network to ensure that materials are shared and used effectively. Collaborate to create storyboards, scripts, and process flows. Support staff through office hours while analyzing user needs across the department. Support the team with additional project management tasks as required. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5+ years of training and resource development experience are required. Background in, or knowledge of, public health and research funding is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, AMS, and willingness to learn new systems. Position Information
Pay: $43/hr-$49/hr, depending on experience. Temporary for 6 months with potential for extension. Starting ASAP. Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm. On-site: 3 days/week in Washington, DC.
